As adults we still regularly play Hide and Seek (hide and seek), but we have much less fun of. We are not even aware.
We carry all kinds of hidden fun and less pleasant stories with us. Hiding in a place where we hope no one she finds. In this workshop we fill our bags with these stories. Stories we "buut free" are going to make to be able to relax and to enjoy. Big, small personal stories. Stories that make us happy, that matter. Friend, anything goes. Using techniques that process-oriented. Techniques that serve to you instead of the other way around. CREATEFULNESS is something you can learn, in the here and now without focus on results. Not the EGO but learning recognize our sabotaging thoughts, contemplate and conventions. Find your creativity |

About CREATEFULNESS
CREATEFULNESS is a method that is arisen through the years by Anne-Marie van Eck. It is a way to live a more happy, free creative life. A combination of mindlessness, yoga, meditation, acceptance and all that is helpfull to stay out of the EGO. It s a method that doesn't avoid the dark but attempts to accept all that appears during the creative process. "IT IS WHAT IT IS". Can you bare to look at all that reveals? And if not what do you need to be able to do so anyway? |

The workshop is based on well- thought and effective exercises that support the personal process. Some techniques are used combined and some individually in order to become most supportive.
We're going to literally and figuratively go layer by layer to obtain the personal, creative process. You will be challenged, stirred up to trust your in inner voice and instincts. At the same time you will laugh about yourself and be gentle with yourself. You will experience (through creative exercises) that your subconsciousness is always next to you as a personal guide. Your thoughts will turn to he concept of being in the moment, CREATEFULNESS.
As a workshop facilitator Anne-Marie has a long term commitment and experience to set the best conditions possible to support your creative process. Her Ave Art school has been a long term commitment to creative process exploration. Both personally and creatively she is fully committed to that process. She says:
“I don' t want to be your teacher... but I rather think more of myself as your personal guide. It s not about me....... !!!”
Honorata will be supporting Anne-Marie is that role by providing help during creativve exercises. Her Artlysing approach is about engaging with your own creativity and letting art for full self- expression. She says:
“Once you let your own art take over and loose the self-control habit - it will talk to you- there is that sacred creative communication that can happen.”

Together with special assignments we will set on personal search for your authentic creative self. Nothing less than that.
It's about what your own style, not what someone else tells you to do or imitate. Not about art games, copying and tricks, but ART. From the inside. It is perfectly ok if you are still not very confident with a true creative YOU. You may even question your abilities and if you are good enough… But you have a full right to accept your creative form and voice simply because you are the one who creates it. That’s all what is needed. No need for external approval…
This is often not easy to simply trust and believe in yourself. Due to different assumptions that we have gained in life through education, training, parenthood, socialization etc, it is difficult to see the true self. We start believing that whatever we do or make has to be perfect and meet certain standards. This is about EGO'S.
We are going to explore and learn together how we again can trust our own intuition, work with/around these EGO'S, how to accept imperfection and its existence. As well as this approach teaches us something about our true self it also explores the best art "techniques". We are looking closer at how to use it for personal development rather than for creating a product.
The techniques that we are going to use are:
>Working with your hands>Sewing
>Tearing, picking> Building a spread
>Working with> Creating accidents
>Photocopy transfers>Color Balance
>Creating depth in plan> and more!!!
And everything that has helped me to me develop my own unique style. I frequently call it quilting - each piece of art and inspiration together forms a unique garment. Colorful, versatile, ME / YOU.

All about the joy of playing again. "Ohhh that huge tension ... She is hiding under the bed of her parents. The floor is covered with large lint dust. She scares because she thinks in her corner of the eye to see something move. She is sooo afraid of spiders ... But there is nothing ... Footsteps slowly come closer, she holds her breath, she is going to take the plunge to the "buut free" or stay they are, etc. quiet and small .... Hoping that no one sees her, or hear ... |

This workshop is in a way the first step into a process based creative life. We practise the art of createfulness. We litterly and imaginably go colorring outside the lines. It is a workshop in which you are working a whole day with unconventional techniques and materials. Those who know my work know that I work from intuition and guts. I surche for to the boundaries of my own abilities. Let go of predictability and try to stand the fact that I m not in control at certain points. Just as in daily life!! These techniques may help you too to looser/more freely to work, more fun. Back to color outside the lines as a happy and uninhibited child. |

The workshop is built up gradually. You learn to trust to work with minimalist materials. As a result, you experience more freedom in your creative process. You experience that you are less dependent on the "right" materials (stencils, spray's etc).
Techniques covered include:

WALL STORY'S

WORKSHOP ART SCHOOL AVE
"WALL'S STORY" Thursday, June 29 and Saturday, July 1 Tilburg max 8 participants !! 9:30 --- 17:00 hrs. € 65 including materials light lunch / coffee / tea A very energetic workshop in which we operate "BIG". Wallpaper strips of at least 1.60 MTR X 50 cm are slowly but steady transformed into WALL STORIES'. And as in all my workshops, these are going to be your personal and special stories! |
The technique used is mixed media so anything goes and anything can be used. Endless possibilities are created and it is up to you how wonderfully they can be used.
Again, the focus on the process instead of making the final product may result in a quirky, unexpected and beautiful way of presenting your art.
At the end of the day you have literally told you own Wall Story. Let your art tell you that story!

" BOUNDLESS" 9:30 --17: 00. Maximum of 10 participants. What do we do? As always in my workshops, we try to find and look atyour personal wishes and needs. Customization and person-centered approach is at the heart of this workshop. I use several alternative techniques that you can choose from and apply to your own creative approach. Materials for this type of work are very diverse, but mostly what you would find anywhere apart from an art shop! |
