"Vissudha"

"Vissudha " means chakra of the thorat.
At this moment I find I difficult to speak out loud what I truly want to say. 
The gift of this chakra is accepting your originality, expressing your authentic voice and speaking your truth.
And if don't do this I feel it in my gut feeling.
